Your contract for purchases made through this site is with Greenorb Limited and you undertake that any and all goods ordered by you are for your own private and domestic use only.
While we try and ensure that all prices on our website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of goods you have ordered we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as cancelled. If you cancel and you have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund.
This website will require registration and subsequent access to your account will be subject to an approved login name and password. Information that you provide on this website must be accurate and complete. All Passwords Details are accepted and may be withdrawn at our sole discretion and are exclusive to you and non-transferable and must be treated as strictly confidential at all times. PURCHASES
No contract for the sale of any product will exist between you and Greenorb Limited until Greenorb Limited dispatches the product(s) ordered. We will confirm that the product(s) have been dispatched by a confirmation email. This confirmation e-mail amounts to an acceptance by Greenorb Limited of your offer to buy goods from Greenorb Limited or a third party supplier that is engaged on your behalf by Greenorb Limited (whether or not you receive that e-mail).
You must check that the details on the confirmation e-mail are correct as soon as possible and you should print out and keep a copy of it.
You undertake that all details you provide to Greenorb Limited for the purpose of ordering or purchasing goods or services are correct, that the credit or debit card you are using is your own and that there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of the goods or services ordered.
You can cancel your order at any time prior to your order being processed. To cancel your order select "contact us" from the web site and change the email subject box to "Cancel Order". Enter the order number and your name, address and purchased product details. We will also accept cancellation by telephoning 01904 236164 during normal office hours.
You may also withdraw from the contract at any time after the product has been dispatched and you have received our email confirming your order but no later than 7 working days after the day after you receive the product by sending a notice of cancellation by emailing admin@greenorb.co.uk or by using the "contact us" web page.
Once Greenorb Limited receive notification from you that you wish to withdraw from the contract (in accordance with these terms), any sum debited to Greenorb Limited from your credit card in relation to your order will be re-credited to that credit card account as soon as possible and in any event within 30 days of your order provided that the goods you wish to return are received by Greenorb Limited in the condition that they were in when delivered to you. You will be liable for any charges incurred in returning the goods to Greenorb Limited.
Returned items must be unused and in the original packaging. Greenorb Limited reserve the right to reject goods that do not meet this criteria. Please refer to our returns policy for more information
DELIVERY
This website is only for delivery of products to customers in mainland UK.
Delivery charges and estimated delivery timescales can be found by placing a product into the shopping basket and clicking on the "Calculate DELIVERY costs" link on the "Shopping Basket" page.
Risk of loss and damage of products passes to you on the date when the products are delivered or on the date of first attempted delivery by us.
PAYMENT
We take payment from your card at the time we receive your order, once we have checked your card details and stock availability. Goods are subject to availability. In the event that we are unable to supply the goods, we will inform you of this as soon as possible. A full refund will be given where you have already paid for the goods.
The price you pay is the price you see on the website at the time of ordering. This will be confirmed to you in your confirmation email.
Payment is made securely via PayPal. We dont hold any of your credit card details.
Ownership to any products you order on this website shall pass to you on delivery of the products provided that we have processed and received payment in full for the products.
All prices are shown in pounds sterling and include Value Added Tax (where applicable) at the applicable current rates but exclude delivery charges, unless expressly stated otherwise.

Registered users are permitted to post reviews on products provided that Greenorb Limited deem them acceptable.
