DELIVERY
All orders, except those delivered direct from the manufacturer, are sent via Royal Mail. At the checkout simply select the delivery method you require.
We just charge standard Royal Mail Postage rates.
The current range of delivery options are:
First class (delivery in one to three working days)*
Second class (delivery in three to five working days)*
First class recorded (delivery in one to three working days)
Second class recorded (delivery in three to five working days)
Standard parcels (delivery in three to five working days)
Special delivery (delivery by 1pm, next working day)
* For orders up to £20 only.
Typically, we aim to dispatch orders within 24 hours, but this cannot be guaranteed. Please note this excludes orders received on weekends.
There is no delivery charge for items delivered direct from the manufacturer. The catagories that include these items are: Bird Baths, Fountains, Garden Lights, Radiator panels, bedding and Pond Pumps. If your order includes other items totalling less than £70 then a charge will be made for the delivery of those items.
For orders of £70 or more delivery is FREE of charge within the United Kingdom mainland (this unfortunately excludes the channel islands).
We do not ship outside of the mainland United Kingdom** (this includes the channel islands).
**However, on the plus side we can ship to the Isle of Man, Orkney and anywhere else within the UK that is subject to standard Royal Mail mainland postage rates.
HOW TO CALCULATE SHIPPING COSTS FOR AN ITEM
Place the item in your shopping basket by clicking on the ADD TO BASKET button at the top or bottom of the product information page.
This will take you to the shopping basket page.
A list of available delivery options and costs will be displayed.
Choose the desired delivery option and a grand total will be displayed below.
If you have several items in your shopping basket, the total delivery cost is displayed for the appropriate shipping option.
PACKAGING
We try to use as much recycled packaging as possible, so please do not be alarmed if you received your order in a previously used jiffy bag or box.
Hopefully you can also find another use for the packaging, if not please try and recycle where possible.
RETURNS POLICY
FAULTY ITEMS If an item is found to be faulty within 12 months of purchase then we offer you the choice of a replacement (subject to sufficient stock) or refund. Please follow the below procedure:
Contact Greenorb Limited and we will attempt to troubleshoot the problem. There have been cases in the past where customers have returned items which arent faulty. This typically results in return delivery costs being met by the customer.
Ensure you have been issued with a returns number from Greenorb Limited prior to returning any item. You can get a returns number by emailing admin@greenorb.co.uk . If you do not obtain a returns number prior to sending the item back then we may not know what to do with it, which could cause you a delay and subsequent return of the item to you.
The item should be returned in its original packaging along with all items of documentation, accessories and paraphernalia.
Ensure that the item is suitably packaged. Greenorb Limited cannot be held liable for any damage to the product whilst in transit. We recommend that you obtain proof of postage (if using Royal Mail) as this provides a limited amount of compensation.
On return the item will be tested. The testing will usually take place within twenty four hours.
If the item is found to be faulty we will send out a refund or replacement item (subject to sufficient stock), dependent on the customer instructions. Greenorb Limited will also refund your return postage costs in this event.
However, in the unlikely event the item is found not to be faulty, the customers return postage costs will not be met by Greenorb Limited. Also, the customer will be invoiced for the cost of returning the item back to them (at standard Royal Mail postage rates).
PLEASE NOTE that when returning an item you must use either Royal Mail second class or standard parcels (for heavier items) delivery methods. If you choose to use another method of delivery (such as Royal Mail first class), Greenorb Limited will still refund the cost of sending those items but will use the pricing associated with sending the item using either Royal Mail second class or Royal Mail standard parcel (exclusive of insurance).
UNWANTED ITEMS
Under the Distance Selling Regulations, you have a right to cancel your order for any item purchased on this website for a full refund.
To cancel your order prior to dispatch select "contact us" from the web site and change the email subject box to "Cancel Order". Enter the order number and your name, address and purchased product details. We will also accept cancellation by telephoning 01904 236164 during normal office hours and by sending an e-mail to admin@greenorb.co.uk .
You may also withdraw from the contract at any time after the product has been dispatched and you have received our email confirming your order but no later than 7 working days after the day after you receive the product by sending a notice of cancellation by emailing admin@greenorb.co.uk or by using the "contact us" web page.

Once Greenorb Limited receive notification from you that you wish to cancel your order, any sum debited to Greenorb Limited from your credit card in relation to your order will be re-credited to that credit card account as soon as possible and in any event within 30 days of your order provided that the goods you wish to return are received by Greenorb Limited in the condition that they were in when delivered to you. You will be liable for any charges incurred in returning the goods to Greenorb Limited.
Please note that the customer is responsible for the return postage costs. These will not be refunded by Greenorb Limited.
